These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional gifts and incentives offered by A Heartfelt Gift, including complimentary vacation stays, hotel savings cards, and restaurant savings cards distributed through our store or promotional campaigns.
By participating in or redeeming any promotional incentive, you agree to the following terms:
1️⃣ About Our Promotional Incentives
From time to time, we include bonus vacation, hotel, or restaurant savings incentives as part of select purchases or special promotions.
These rewards are provided through our trusted partner MarketingBoost.com, a leading rewards fulfillment provider.

Hotel and restaurant savings cards have no activation or redemption fees and no blackout dates.

Vacation certificates may require payment of government taxes and resort fees at the time of booking.

Vacation stay certificates are limited to one (1) per household per 12-month period.

Blackout dates may apply to certain vacation destinations, especially during major holidays or peak seasons.
A Heartfelt Gift does not own, operate, or manage any hotels, resorts, or restaurants associated with these offers.
2️⃣ Eligibility & Purchase Requirements

Incentive eligibility is based on the cart total before taxes and shipping.

In some cases, bonuses are automatically included; in others, customers may unlock or select a reward as part of an upsell or post-purchase offer.

Incentives cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit and hold no cash value.

Limit one incentive per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.

Vacation certificates are limited to one per household per year per MarketingBoost policy.
3️⃣ Taxes, Fees & Redemption

All vacation incentives require the recipient to pay any applicable government taxes and resort fees directly to the booking provider.

When noted, A Heartfelt Gift may cover some or all applicable fees on the customer’s behalf as part of a particular promotional offer.

Hotel and restaurant savings cards do not require any fees to activate or redeem.

Incentives are fully transferable — you can keep your reward or gift it to someone else.
A Heartfelt Gift is not responsible for any additional travel expenses such as airfare, meals, transportation, or upgrades not included in the incentive.
4️⃣ Redemption Process & Deadlines

Recipients must activate their vacation certificate within 7 days of receiving the redemption email or physical card.

Travel must generally be booked within 18 months of activation.

Specific blackout dates, holiday restrictions, and minimum stay requirements may apply depending on destination.

5️⃣ Transparency & Third-Party Disclaimer
All incentive redemptions are fulfilled and serviced by Marketing Boost’s authorized travel and savings partners.
A Heartfelt Gift provides these incentives solely for promotional purposes and makes no guarantees regarding the availability, satisfaction, or fulfillment experience of any third-party travel or dining services.
